You know what gets me excited? Tights season. You might think that’s a bit strange–after all tights season is concurrent with the season of brutally cold temperatures. True, winter sucks. But tights don’t. Not only are tights slimming, they also come in an amazing array of colors, patterns, and fabrics. They’re one of my favorite accessories. Nothing punches up a look quite like a bold tight, like these glittery tights I’m wearing here. Glitter tights are the tights of the season, if you ask me. I’ve picked them up in silver and gold. The gold pair made my first ever tights purchases from Asos, and I have to say, I’m impressed. They seem top-notch in quality, and yet were surprisingly affordable.

I’ve heard it said that a good wrap dress is a wardrobe staple. I think that statement is missing a word, though. A good faux wrap dress is a wardrobe staple. Most regular wrap dresses are recipes for accidental exposure.

I found this wrap dress from White House Black Market at my local Goodwill. I’ve all but given up shopping at WHBM–their prices are just outrageous. That said, their quality is still really good, so I’m always quick to snap up any of their items when I find them used on consignment. This particular dress is one of those classic dresses that can be dressed up or down and for any season.

StyleWe, the company behind the bag that I wore with literally everything this past fall, recently got back in touch with me and asked if I’d like to review another item. I happily agreed, and they sent me this little gem of a bag, which I’ve nicknamed Wigglytuff. Isn’t it adorable? It’s delightfully high quality leather for the price, and it’s just large enough to stash a pair of flats in for a long evening. I expect it will be getting a lot of use.
